When you get a refund
- The tool doesn't work as its product page describes, and we can't fix it within 7 days of you reporting it.
- You were charged twice for the same order.
- You paid, but we can't give you access to what you bought.
When we don't refund
- You changed your mind after downloading the files or activating the license.
- Trading results or losses. No tool guarantees profit.
- The tool doesn't run on a platform, broker or account type that its product page doesn't list.
- The license was shared or used against our terms of sale.
How to ask
Email [email protected] within 14 days of your purchase, with your order number and what went wrong. Screenshots of any errors from the MetaTrader journal help us fix things quickly. We reply within two working days.
How crypto refunds are paid
Crypto payments can't be reversed the way card payments can. We send refunds in USDT, or in the coin you paid with, to a wallet address you give us, for the US dollar amount you paid, minus the network fee for sending it. When we refund an order, its license is switched off.
Custom development
A deposit for a custom build is refunded in full if you cancel before work starts. After that, refunds follow the milestones in your quote.
