Who you're buying from
Forex Cracked Tools is an independent online store for MetaTrader 4 and 5 tools, run by its owner. You can reach us at [email protected] or on Telegram at @forexcrackedtools.
What you buy
When you buy an expert advisor, indicator, trading system or bot, you buy a license to use that software. You don't buy the software itself or its source code. The product page states what the license covers, such as how long it lasts and on how many MetaTrader accounts it runs.
- The license is for your own trading. Don't share, resell, rent out or publish the files or your license key.
- Don't decompile, modify or remove the license check from the software.
- We can switch off a license that is used against these terms.
Prices and payment
Prices are in US dollars. You pay in cryptocurrency through NOWPayments, our payment processor. The amount of coin to send is fixed when you open the payment page, and that page has a time limit. You pay any network fees your wallet charges.
If you send less than the amount shown, the order stays open until it's paid in full. Contact us and we'll help. If you send more, we refund the difference on request, minus the network fee. We never see or store your wallet's private keys.
Delivery
Everything we sell is delivered digitally. Once the network confirms your payment, the order completes by itself, you get a receipt by email, and your files, setup notes and license key appear in your account. This usually takes a few minutes.
Updates and support
Updates are included as described on each product page. We answer setup and usage questions by email and on Telegram.
Trading risk
Trading foreign exchange and CFDs on margin is high risk. No tool guarantees profit, and past results don't predict future ones. Test every tool on a demo account first. You are responsible for your trading decisions, your settings and your risk. Nothing we sell or say is financial advice. We are not affiliated with MetaQuotes, the maker of MetaTrader.
Our responsibility
Each tool should work as its product page describes, and if it doesn't, we'll fix it or refund you under our refund policy. We aren't responsible for trading losses, for your broker's or platform's behaviour, or for changes MetaQuotes makes to MetaTrader. As far as the law allows, our total liability for an order is limited to the price you paid for it.
Custom development
Custom builds are priced in a written quote. The quote sets out the deliverables, milestones, payments and what happens if the project stops. Those terms apply alongside these.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version shown when you pay applies to that purchase.
