What we collect
- Your account: name, email address and a password, which is stored only as a secure hash.
- Orders and licenses: what you bought, what you paid, and the MetaTrader account numbers you link to a license.
- Payments: from NOWPayments we receive the payment id, amount, coin and status. We never receive your wallet's private keys or any card details.
- Messages: emails, Telegram messages and custom development briefs you send us.
- Launch alerts and the newsletter: the email address you sign up with and which tools you asked about.
- Technical data: IP addresses and request logs on our servers, kept for a limited time for security.
Why we use it
To take payments and deliver what you buy, run licenses, answer support requests, send the emails you asked for (receipts, launch alerts, the newsletter), and protect the store against fraud and abuse.
Who processes it for us
- Cloudflare, which carries and protects traffic to the site.
- Contabo, which hosts our servers in the European Union.
- Resend, which delivers and receives our email.
- NOWPayments, which processes crypto payments.
- Telegram, if you contact us there.
We don't sell your data and we don't use advertising trackers.
Cookies
We use only the cookies the store needs: one keeps you signed in and one remembers your cart. Saved tools are kept in your own browser's storage, not on our servers.
How long we keep it
Account, order and license records stay while your account exists and for as long as we need them for accounting. Support messages and server logs are kept for a limited time.
Your choices
You can ask us to show, correct or delete your data, or to take you off launch alerts and the newsletter, by emailing [email protected]. Records we must keep for accounting stay until we're allowed to delete them.
