Our official channels
| Channel | The only official one |
|---|---|
| Website | https://www.forexcrackedtools.com |
| Telegram | @fxcrackedtools_bot, our support bot. Check every letter of the username. |
Addresses ending in @forexcrackedtools.com, such as [email protected]. Receipts and alerts come from [email protected]. | |
| Payments | Only through the checkout on our website, which opens a NOWPayments invoice. Your order is created automatically when the payment confirms. |
We will never ask you to:
- send crypto or money to a wallet address in a chat or email;
- share a password, seed phrase, private key, card details or one-time code;
- install remote-access software or give anyone access to your trading account;
- pay for “account management” or a fund with guaranteed or fixed returns.
Common scams to watch for
- Impersonator accounts. Someone messages you first, using our name, logo or a near-identical username, and offers a discount, a “premium version” or help with a problem. Our team doesn't message people first; our bot only messages people who started it, and launch alerts only go to people who turned them on.
- Fake payment requests. A “support agent” asks you to pay or top up a payment by sending crypto directly. Real payments happen only on our checkout page.
- Guaranteed profit offers. No legitimate seller can guarantee trading returns. Treat any such promise as a warning sign.
- Lookalike websites. Check the address bar for
www.forexcrackedtools.combefore you sign in or pay.
If something doesn't look right
- Don't send money or share any details.
- Contact us through our official bot (@fxcrackedtools_bot) or by email at [email protected], and include screenshots.
- Report the impersonating account to Telegram using its Report option.
Our Telegram assistant follows the same rules: it never asks for passwords, keys or payments in chat and hands anything unusual to a person. See also our risk warning and privacy policy.
